At the top of each hour, the dials twist and turn to dance along in sync with the soothing melodies to create both a hypnotizing and joyful display.

Introducing the "Onyx", the most modern and minimalist Seiko Melodies in Motion clock. While other designs focus on playful scenery, "Onyx" is designed to be aesthetically pleasing with its stunning three-dimensional dial. Wrapped in a glossy metallic black on the inner frame and a matte black on the outer, this attractive design is complimented with thin numerals printed directly on the glass pane. As the hour approaches, the inner dial comes to life and twists and turns along to the tune of one of 40 total melodies, until they rejoin as a closing melody ends the show.
