We are only accepting repairs from existing customers and customers under our warranty at this time. Please visit our troubleshooting page for some of the most frequently-asked questions and our resources page for downloads of most instruction manuals, as these will be able to solve most problems you might be having. If your clock does need repaired, we recommend reaching out to Champ's Clock Shop or Clockworks 615.
