We are not accepting new repairs.
Additionally, we also do not sell any parts at this time. We are currently only accepting repairs from existing customers and customers under our warranty at this time. Please visit our troubleshooting page for some of the most frequently-asked questions and our resources page for downloads of most instruction manuals, as these will be able to solve most problems you might be having.
If your clock does need repaired, we recommend reaching out to our friends at either Champ's Clock Shop or Clockworks 615 as they may be able to assist you.
Shopping from outside the USA?
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time, but customers in the past have used forwarding services such as Shipito or forward2me that will ship packages from the United States globally (we have no affiliation with either company). Our warranties and return policies are valid only in the USA, but we will do our best to help with troubleshooting if you are having any issues with your clock.
