Seiko QXM491BRH "2013 Special Collector's Edition" Melodies in Motion Dancing Dial Musical Wall Clock with '70s Pop Music

Seiko’s 2013 Collector's Edition Melodies in Motion clock brought upon a new era for the brand. This was the first of the “new-age” Collector’s Edition Melodies in Motion clocks, which featured a "dancing” dial with three rotating dial sections. Nowadays, this style has become very popular, and there have been quite a few variations…but this model was the first the world had ever seen. Every hour or when the demonstration button is pressed, the 3-piece dial comes to life and rotates along to the sound of one of 18 total melodies. 6 of these melodies are popular songs from the 1970s, which are hard to find on musical clocks nowadays due to strict copyright laws. A nearly identical version of this clock is still sold today (QXM291BRH), but without the popular tunes. A decorative rotating pendulum adorned with Swarovski crystals rotates below the dial continuously.
