Seiko QXM134BRH "2005 Special Collector's Edition" Melodies in Motion Musical Moving Wall Clock with Music by The Beatles

2005 brought Seiko’s QXM134BRH, which would start a trend for many years to come. This was the very first Special Collector’s Edition Melodies in Motion clock available, before they were officially labeled as “Collector’s Edition” pieces. Based off of the popular QXM321SRH (Charming Bell) and QXM109ZRH clocks, the 2005 Collector’s Edition took this design a step further with the addition of a continuously-rotating Swarovski crystal pendulum. Every hour on the hour, the bells inside the dial come to life and rotate along with the moving disc and swaying musician above the clock face. What makes this clock really special is the addition of 8 Beatles melodies…this is the most Beatles melodies that any musical clock has ever played, as most only play 6. The Beatles songs are also becoming harder and harder to find on these clocks due to strict copyright laws; it’s been almost 10 years since a musical clock with these songs has been produced.
