Terms & Conditions
Before contacting us, please understand that there is a possibility that we will be unable to assist you or that your clock may be irreparable. We will always do our best to help in any way that we can!
Unfortunately, we do not sell parts at this time. Parts for these clocks are scarce as they were not sold to the general public or authorized dealers. Some generic parts, such as battery compartments, motors, and speakers, will work fine in most clocks.
- We are open to repairs in the United States only.
- If shipping your clock to us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from our shop. We will provide you with shipping instructions once your repair is accepted to hopefully prevent any unneeded damage in transit, but Timeless Moments is not responsible for any damage to your clock during transport. If your clock is damaged in shipment to us, we will call you immediately and provide you with detailed photos. We want to avoid this at all costs, but you will be responsible for handling all issues with the shipping carrier. Please follow all of our shipping instructions to ensure a safe delivery, and never hesitate to ask us any questions you might have about packing. We are always here to help!
- We will always handle your clock with the utmost attention to care. We understand how sentimental these pieces are, and our top priority is to fix damages, not cause more. When shipping your clock back to you, we will package your clock thoroughly with extreme caution and care at all times. We use PirateShip, as it typically provides the most affordable shipping options. When you are sending your clock to us, we also suggest using the PirateShip service.
- We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs, only valid on our repair work. We test each repair for a minimum of two weeks after completion, but the 90-day warranty does not go into effect until the clock leaves our shop. The warranty does not cover any additional issues that your clock may have after your repair has been completed.
- In the event that we are unable to repair your clock, you will have the option of a) receiving your clock back as-is at your cost or b) receiving a voucher for a discount on a new clock from our shop. These policies were adopted from Rhythm USA through our partnership with them after their closure.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
