I had several interactions with Chevy Ash either by email ,text or over the phone. My clock had multiple issues. Chevy dealt with each one and now the clock functions as new. The Hermle Mikal I just bought from here is easily the BEST clock I’ve ever bought! It arrived unbelievably well-packed and in perfect condition, and it works great! With a little regulation (adjusting the height of the pendulum bob slightly up or down), I was able to get it to keep great time! I love this clock because it only illuminates when you push the bar down to see what time it is. I like that for at night because I don’t like lights illuminating when I’m going to sleep. It also works very well.

rich, you think that it comes from a large floor clock. The clock has so many features
